Derek is a software engineer who would rather be building tiny living spaces. He has lived out of a 4x8 trailer in Brooklyn, converted a school bus (twice), and his latest project is fabricating a small trailer with which to explore the country.

What inspired you to make this project?
I love tiny homes -- building them and living in them.
