Summer Sevi, owner and lead roaster for Alla Prima Coffee Roaster, uses her artistic ability to create fine coffees from around the world. Also a local oil painter, Summer hopes to inspire other creatives to unlock their potential. Roasting on a 4-lb micro roaster, she unlocks the hidden flavors from each bean.
