Pensacola Maker Faire Announces the 2019 Makers

Over 90+ Makers will showcase their creativity and ingenuity at the 1st annual Pensacola Maker Faire November 16, 2019.

Expect to see exhibits, demonstrations and hands-on activities from some of the most creative and innovative Makers in our community including the students at UWF College of Science and Engineering, UWF College of Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities, Sea3D Lab, Center for Entrepreneurship, IHMC Robotics, West Florida Public Libraries, Pensacola MESS Hall, Pensacola State College, Pensacola Museum of Art, Barehand Collective, First City Arts Center, The Marketing Bar, Pensacon, Pensacola Bay Brewery and many more.

Our Featured Makers:

  • You won’t want to miss our special guest speaker – world-renowned game designer, inventor of SuperBetter and author of the New York Times bestseller, Reality is Broken – Jane McGonigal! 
  • Musical Tesla Coil Demonstrations by Tesla Universe. Tesla Historian Cameron Prince will be demonstrating and answering questions.
  • The Flaming Royal Trumpets will be here from NY with an amazing show all day long
  • Sea3D Lab will open for an up-close look at their new 3D printing lab.
  • Pensacon will onsite to show you how to make amazing cosplay costumes.
  • Nadia, the newest Humanoid Robot from IHMC Robotics will also make an appearance.
  • Local craft brewers Pensacola Bay Brewery and Alga Beer will show you how to craft beer, sample the beer and tell us how it is!
  • Universe Glitch is a 2nd grade magician, check the schedule for his performance time!

Admission is free with registration. There may be a small fee for some Maker activities.
